I'm doing it by making commitments. I've commited to play softball with my friends, and we've stepped up our game, so I need to bring it! I've commited to my gym by paying a monthly fee, and I don't want my money to go to waste. And my latest commitment: The Warrior Dash.
I've never done a race and obstacle course before; this is going to be intense. I'm mixing up my workouts at the gym, and I'm getting upping my distance running. I'm working on my strength and stamina...I'm gonna need it! I've got friends to keep up with. How are you staying in shape?
